Helping overwhelmed college students ( and other individuals) effectively manage stress, anxiety and depression!

Edelweiss Therapy in Bryan College Station specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief counseling and more. We provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, learn coping skills, and achieve their goals.


My primary therapeutic methods are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy.  CBT looks at how your thoughts, behaviors, and actions all impact each other and how changing one can change them all.  Solution Focused therapy is what it sounds like: it is oriented towards finding practical solutions to problems.

I currently help individuals ages 18 and up.  However, I do have experience working with children ages 7 and up; therefore exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.  Please note: I am NOT trained in Play Therapy.

I was born with Cerebral Palsy and I use a wheelchair for mobility so I understand the impact of mobility impairments.


Panic Attacks

Anxiety and Panic Attacks can take over your life. I can help you with coping skills and teach you how to conquer it.



If you pick your skin and can not stop, I can help you recognize triggers and develop coping skills.



Nightmares, flashbacks, struggle with being in crowds or have triggers from a traumatic experience can all be helped.



If you pull your hair out and don't even realize you are doing it, I can help you become aware of it and how to overcome it.
